Vipassana, which means “to see things as they truly are,” is one of India’s most ancient forms of meditation. It teaches you to observe your breath, your body, and your mind with complete honesty — without reacting, without judgment, and without trying to change what you feel.
First, you should take proper training at a Vipassana center that suits you. After completing the course, you can continue practicing at home or any place where you feel comfortable.
Day 1:
I am practicing the first day of Vipassana for one month.
Starting Date: 01-11-2025
